A-State Baseball Game at Georgia Southern Pushed Back an Hour

STATESBORO, Ga. (5/13/17) – The Arkansas State baseball team's game against Georgia Southern, originally scheduled for 5:30 p.m. (CT) Saturday evening has been pushed back one hour to a 6:30 p.m. (CT) start time due to heavy rain moving through the area.

Thunderstorms moved through the Statesboro, Ga., area in the afternoon hours, but no more rain is expected today. The new start time will give the field extra time to dry and get into playing condition.

A-State lost the series opener to the Eagles 7-4 last night after allowing four runs in the seventh inning. Bradey Welsh gets the start tonight as the Red Wolves try to even the series.
