JONESBORO, Ark. (7/7/16) – The Arkansas State women's soccer team released its schedule for the 2017 season Friday with the Red Wolves set to play seven contests, including five Sun Belt Conference matches, at the A-State Soccer Complex.

The Red Wolves open the 2017 regular season on the road against Missouri State on Aug. 18 followed by a trip the weekend to Nashville, Tenn., to take on Lipscomb (Aug. 24). Arkansas State's home opener is set for Aug. 27 against Saint Louis University.

Non-conference play continues with a home matchup against Oral Roberts on Aug. 31, followed by matches at Central Arkansas (Sept. 3) and at UT Martin (Sept. 8) before starting league play on at home against Louisiana (Sept. 15) followed by a match with Troy (Sept. 17) in Jonesboro.

League play continues in Jonesboro the following weekend with matches against Little Rock (Sept. 22) and Texas State (Sept. 24). A-State's first Sun Belt road match will take place Sept. 29 when it will go to North Carolina to take on Appalachian State, followed by a quick trip to Georgia Southern on Oct. 1.

The Red Wolves return home Oct. 8 for their final home match of the season against Coastal Carolina, before ending with three straight on the road against South Alabama (Oct. 13), Louisiana-Monroe (Oct. 15) and Georgia State (Oct. 20).

The Sun Belt Conference Tournament will take place in Foley, Ala., Nov. 2-6.

Arkansas State will hold an exhibition match against Arkansas-Pine Bluff at the A-State Soccer Complex on Aug. 11.
