JONESBORO (4/19/11) - The Arkansas State University baseball program held a free baseball clinic for over 150 Jonesboro players and coaches Monday at Joe Mack Campbell Park, and the team will host Youth Baseball Day and an Easter egg hunt during its upcoming weekend series against Sun Belt Conference foe Florida Atlantic.

Monday's clinic was conducted by ASU head coach Tommy Raffo, assistant coaches Chris Cook and Tighe Dickinson and members of the Red Wolves baseball team.  Two clinics were conducted, separating players into two age groups: ages 8-10 and ages 11-12.

ASU Baseball will host Youth Baseball Day during Saturday's contest with kids in uniform and their guests receiving admission at a discounted rate of $2.50.  Sunday's Youth Day will feature an Easter egg hunt, beginning in the 2nd inning outside the first base side of the concession stand, and kids 8th grade and younger will receive free admission with a paid adult.

The Red Wolves will meet the Owls at Tomlinson Stadium Friday evening at 6:00 p.m., Saturday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday's first pitch will be at 1:00 p.m.
