ASU?s Baumgartner Named ABCA All-South Central Region

JONESBORO, Ark., (6/21/11) – Another honor came in for Arkansas State senior outfielder Todd Baumgartner as he was named to the ABCA All-South Central Region second team announced the organization on Tuesday.

Baumgartner led ASU with a .340 batting average, 83 hits, 56 runs scored, 18 doubles, nine home runs and 42 RBI while breaking A-State career records in hits, doubles, total bases and RBI. Baumgartner was an All-Sun Belt Conference selection and won the 2011 Sun Belt Conference home run derby.

Earlier this month, Baumgartner was named to the All-Arkansas Collegiate team by Natural State Baseball.
