Twenty-Eight ASU Student-Athletes Receive Degrees at Spring Commencement

JONESBORO (5/14/12) - Arkansas State University held its Spring Commencement ceremony last Saturday at the Convocation Center, and 28 student-athletes from the Red Wolves' 16 NCAA Intercollegiate sports earned their college degrees at the conclusion of the spring semester.

The most recent group of ASU student-athletes to receive their diplomas represented the sports of baseball, men's and women's basketball, women's bowling, football, women's and men's golf, women's soccer, women's tennis and men's and women's track and field.

The student-athletes that graduated this May were Todd Baumgartner (baseball), Andy Ferguson (baseball), Jacob Lee (baseball), Josh DeMoney (baseball), Jordan Kimball (baseball), Trey Finn (men's basketball), Bre Ellison (women's basketball), NeNe Hurst (women's basketball), Emily Troutman (women's bowling), Najel Byrd (football), Darron Edwards (football), Alex Kauti (football), Adam Gaston (football), Cole Lorgian (football), Greg McCall (football), Trey Outlaw (football), Neely Sullivent (football), James Williams (football), Sawyer Radler (men's golf), Jelena Latinovic (women's golf), Lizzy Niles (women's soccer), Lyndsey Patterson (women's soccer), Ceara Howey (women's tennis), Lucas Bateman (men's track & field), Bailey Bunyan (men's track & field), James Ngwiri (men's track & field), Jamie Fleming (women's track & field), Sydney Foreman (women's track & field) and Chelsea Weaver (women's track & field).
