Andy Ferguson (2008-11) | P | STATS
Organization: Kansas City Royals, Double-A, Texas League
Current Minor League Team: Northwest Arkansas Naturals
MLB Draft: 18th Round (Kansas City Royals) 
What's New: Ferguson is currently on the 7-Day Disabled List and has yet to pitch in 2017. He owns a 3.39 career ERA in the minors with a 32-29 record and 473 strikeouts against 151 walks in 531 innings.

 

 


 

Zach George (2011-15) | 1B/3B/RF/DH | STATS
Organization: Pittsburgh Pirates, Class A Advanced, Florida State League
Current Minor League Team: Bradenton Marauders
MLB Draft: 35th Round (Pittsburgh Pirates)
What's New: George is hitting .300 with a .394 on-base percentage for the Marauders of the Florida State League. He's hit 13 doubles, one triple, and eight homers with 40 RBI. He's yet to make an error this season and has been hot over his last 10 games with a .371 average.

 

Chandler Hawkins (2012-15) | P | STATS
Organization: St. Louis Cardinals, Class A Advanced, Florida State League
Current Minor League Team: Palm Beach Cardinals
MLB Draft: 33rd Round (St. Louis Cardinals)
What's New: Hawkins was released from the St. Louis Cardinals organization after posting a 3.12 ERA across two levels with a 3-2 record and 26 strikeouts against 17 walks.

 


 

 Jacob Lee (2009-12) | P | STATS
Organization: Cleveland Indians, Double-A, Eastern League
Current Minor League Team: Akron Rubberducks
MLB Draft: 9th Round (Cleveland Indians) 
What's New: Lee has just recently made it back from injury after missing all of the 2016 season. He was promoted to Double-A Akron after making five appearances in Class A. He's got a 3.00 ERA in six Double-A innings and carries a 4.05 ERA in 13.1 total minor league innings this year.

 

 


Stuart Levy (2012-15) | C | STATS
Organization: Baltimore Orioles, Class A, South Atlantic League
Current Minor League Team: Delmarva Shorebirds
MLB Draft: 27th Round (Baltimore Orioles)
What's New: Levy hit .252 with a .353 on-base percentage for Frederick before being sent to Delmarva, where he's hit .263 with a .323 on-base percentage in 15 games. For the season he's hitting .256 with a .344 OBP with 13 doubles, two homers, and 21 RBI.
 

David Owen (2013-15) | P | STATS
Organization: San Francisco Giants, Class A Advanced, California League
Current Minor League Team: San Jose Giants
MLB Draft: 19th Round (San Francisco Giants)
What's New: Owen was promoted to Triple-A Sacramento and made one appearance (1.1 shutout innings with three K's) before being sent back down to San Jose, where he has a 5.25 ERA, 3-0 record, and 42 strikeouts in 58.1 innings.


Daniel Wright (2010-13) | P | STATS

MLB Draft: 10th Round (Cincinnati Reds) 
What's New: 
Wright has bounced between Triple-A and the big league club this season. He sports a 4.58 ERA in 19.2 MLB innings with 11 strikeouts and eight walks. He's 4-6 with a 7.60 ERA in 55.2 Triple-A innings with 32 strikeouts against 27 walks.

MLB Draft: 6th Round (Kansas City Royals)
What's New: Zuber became the highest drafted player in the June Amateur Draft in school history when he was selected with the 180th pick in the sixth round. He's been impressive in his pro debut with a 2.51 ERA in 14.1 innings pitch with 25 punch outs against six walks and three saves.
