Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Wolves Up Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to A-State Football Games and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to the A-State Athletics App and pressing the "Wolves Up Pass" tab, or going to WolvesUpPass.com.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Are Wolves Up Pass tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Wolves Up Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Wolves Up Pass?
A: Your Wolves Up Pass includes tickets to all six home games at Centennial Bank Stadium. See games included here.
ENTERING A-STATE FOOTBALL GAMES
Q: How do I get into A-State Football Games with my Wolves Up Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be accessed by going to the Arkansas State Athletics App on your iPhone or Android and clicking on the "Wolves Up Pass" button or by going to WolvesUpPass.com. Login with the email address you used to purchase the Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into A-State Football Games.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: Your guest can either enter the stadium with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the "Send" button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s). Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one bardcode to each guest! All patrons entering the stadium MUST HAVE A TICKET/MOBILE BARCODE.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Wolves Up Pass?
A:Yes
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: If you can't access your Wolves Up Pass via text message, simply go to WolvesUpPass.com on your iPhone or Android. Additionally, you can email questions to listen@expapp.com at any time to receive a timely support response.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the nearest ticket booth, once inside the stadium, and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Wolves Up Pass. You will still need the Wolves Up Pass barcodes to enter the venue, and need to accept your seats in the app.
EXCHANGING PASSES
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.
