Jen Taft is entering her third year at Arkansas State as an assistant Athletic Performance Coach, where she assists with the football program and is in charge of training for soccer and bowling. Taft previously spent two years overseeing the baseball program.
Taft came to ASU from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she assisted with strength and conditioning for a variety of Olympic Sports as an intern. She also spent seven months at Cressey Sports Performance in Jupiter, Florida, and two years as the strength and conditioning coach and fitness center director at Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin.
Taft has a masters degree in exercise science from SUNY Cortland and a bachelors degree from SUNY Plattsburgh, where she also competed for the Cardinals’ cross country and track teams. Her certifications include SCCC, CSCS, USAW, and Precision Nutrition.
