Arkansas State University has a division of its licensing program intended for those who create, hand-paint, stitch, or craft items bearing any of the University’s trademarked logos or terminology.

A Crafter’s License is required of anyone producing items bearing
A-State’s marks or logos in the following areas:
• Blankets
• Burlap Art
• Candles
• Edible Art
• Frames
• Glass & Stained Glass
• Hair Accessories
• Hand-Stitched Crafts
• Handmade Home Decor
• Handmade Signs
• Home Accessories
• Home-Baked Goods
• Jewelry
• Key Chains
• Metal working
• Paintings
• Paper Goods
• Pillows & Linens
• Purses & Bags
• Rugs
• Toys
• Vinyl Art & Appliques
• Woodworking

The annual licensing fee for the Crafter’s License is $100.
In their first year, licensees are also required to purchase 250 hologram stickers to show their items are officially licensed. The cost for these holograms is $25.

Renewal/ New agreements are being accepted now for the 2015-16 season. Crafter's License agreements will be valid through June 30, 2016.
