JONESBORO, Ark. (10/10/12) – In conjunction with homecoming weekend the Arkansas State baseball program will host its annual Alumni Weekend Saturday, Oct. 13 at Tomlinson Stadium and Kell Field.

Two games are scheduled to be played, with the former players facing off against each other followed by the alumni taking on the current A-State Red Wolves baseball team. The first game is tentatively scheduled to begin at noon, with the second game to follow around 1 p.m.

Five former A-State players with minor league affiliations will play in the game including Murray Watts (Kansas City Royals), Michael Faulkner (Seattle Mariners), Jacob Lee (Cleveland Indians), Drew Benes (St. Louis Cardinals) and Andy Ferguson (Kansas City Royals). Tyler Smith and Brad Allen will also play in the game, both of whom have had stints with independent baseball leagues.
