NEW ORLEANS, La. (3/3/18) – The Arkansas State men’s basketball team will be the No. 11 seed in next week’s Sun Belt Conference Championship tournament and will take on No. 6 ULM on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Lakefront Arena in New Orleans.

A-State finished Sun Belt Conference play with a 6-12 mark and will play the Warhawks who wrapped their conference slate with a 9-9 mark. A-State swept the season series, opening league play with a 75-64 win in Jonesboro before closing the regular season with an 83-79 victory in Monroe.

Should A-State advance to the quarterfinal round, they would take on the No. 3 seed Georgia Southern on Friday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m., while the semifinals are slated for Saturday, March 10 at 2:00 p.m. The championship game will take place Sunday, March 11 at 1 p.m.

The championship game will air on ESPN2 while all other games at the Sun Belt Conference Tournament will air on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN platform. The EAB/Red Wolves Sports Network from Learfield will have coverage of each game the Red Wolves play with pregame coverage beginning 30 minutes prior to tip-off.
