An Arkansas State University alumnus and former member of the Red Wolves’ football team, Mitch Hardy begins his second season in 2019 as an operations graduate assistant.
Hardy earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management in December of 2017 and moved into his current position the following month. A-State won eight games and played Nevada in the Arizona Bowl in 2018, Hardy’s first year as a graduate assistant.
While Hardy is in his second year in his current role, he has been a part of the A-State football program since walking-on as a deep snapper in 2014. He was on A-State’s roster for the both the 2014 and 2015 seasons before moving into an operations student assistant position before the start of the 2016 season.
Hardy is a member of the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) and Arkansas State University Sports Management Club.
