Max Tilden is in his second year with Arkansas State Athletic Performance, serving as assistant director of the program.
In this role, he assists with football and is responsible for the implementation of training for volleyball and track and field. Tildent came to Arkansas State after spending a year at the University of South Dakota, where he assisted with the implementation of training with football, men’s basketball and diving.
While earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science, Tilden contributed to research in the Jayhawk Athletic Performance Laboratory where he is published in several research papers in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) who is earning his Master’s degree in sports management.
