• After earning a split of conference road games in Louisiana, A-State returns to First National Bank Arena for the Sun Belt Conference home opener against South Alabama Thursday at 7:00 p.m. on ESPN+. The EAB/Red Wolves Sports Network broadcast originates from 107.9 KFIN in Jonesboro.
• A-State is 20-7 in its Sun Belt Conference home opener
• Thursday's game marks the fifth time that South Alabama is the opponent for A-State's home opener in league play and the Red Wolves are 4-0 in the previous meetings
• The Red Wolves 94 points scored at Louisiana marked the most for any A-State team in a Sun Belt Conference road game and most in a conference road contest since the 1965-66 season in which it earned a 99-84 win at Southland Conference foe Trinity
