A-State Baseball Season Opener Postponed Due to Rain

JONESBORO, Ark. (2/14/14) – The Arkansas State baseball team’s season opener vs. Miami (Ohio), scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m., has been postponed to Saturday, Feb. 15 because of rain.

The Red Wolves and RedHawks will now play a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon, with the second game set to begin approximately 30-minutes after the conclusion of the first game.  Saturday’s games can be heard on 101.3 FM and KBTM 1230 AM.  Sunday’s series finale is still scheduled for 1 p.m. and can be heard on 95.3 The Ticket.  Fans can also listen to A-State baseball games on AStateRedWolves.com free of charge.

Fans that purchased tickets to Friday night’s contest will be able to use those tickets to gain admission into Saturday’s games.
