The Arkansas State University (ASU) Sports Medicine Staff consists of three full time athletic trainers and four graduate assistant athletic trainers all certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (BOC) and licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training. This staff of seven certified and licensed athletic trainers works with the student-athletes on a daily basis under the supervision and cooperation of two Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons. Athletic training students from the ASU accredited athletic training program gain clinical experience as they assist the professional staff in caring for the needs of the student-athletes.
