JONESBORO, Ark. (9/12/11) – Arkansas State fans are encouraged to help send the Red Wolves football off as they depart for to take on Nebraska this weekend.

The team will be departing ASU Stadium at 11:45 Friday morning for its trip to Lincoln, Neb., to take on the Nebraska Huskers. A-State fans are encouraged to gather near the ASU Football Facility beginning at 11:20 to cheer on the players and coaches as they load the buses to depart on the trip.

The A-State band and cheer squad will also be present to help send off the team in style as they depart to take on Nebraska at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15. The game will also be televised nationally by ESPN2.

Red Wolves are also encouraged to wear black to the game in order to distinguish themselves on the television broadcast.

Season tickets for ASU's 2012 football campaign are currently on sale at the ASU Ticket Office. The ticket office can be contacted at 870-972-ASU1, or tickets can be purchased online through A-State's official athletic Web site AStateRedWolves.com.
