2008:  McLennan made an immediate impact his first season with the Red Wolves, tying for the team’s most receptions (32) and finishing second on the squad with 451 receiving yards . . . Posted a season-high seven receptions against Troy in ASU’s season finale that were the most single-game receptions by an ASU player . . . Also finished the Texas A&M game with six catches for 73 yards and had multiple receptions in six games . . . Caught at least one pass in 10 games . . . Finished the North Texas game with four receptions for a season-best 79 yards and his only receiving touchdown . . . 63-yard reception against Texas Southern tied fellow receiver Brandon Thompkins for the longest reception by an ASU player during the season . . . Averaged 14.1 yards per catch . . . Rushed four times for 78 yards, including 63-yard touchdown run (his only only rushing TD of the season) against Louisiana-Monroe.

TRINITY VALLEY CC:  Joined Coach Steve Roberts’ program at mid-term and went through spring workouts with ASU . . . Named 2007 First Team All-Southwest Junior College Football Conference after recording 29 receptions for 550 yards and six touchdowns as a sophomore.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Three-year varsity football letterman at Reagan High School, where he also lettered four years in baseball and two in track and field . . . First team all-district selection at both wide receiver and defensive back his senior season . . . While at Reagan, McLennan recorded 60 career receptions for 1,832 yards and seven touchdowns . . . First team all-district baseball selection as a junior and track and field regional qualifier in the 4x100, 4x200 and high jump events.
