JONESBORO, Ark. (4/20/12) – Seven members of the Arkansas State women’s golf team was honored at the Sun Belt Conference Champions banquet for their outstanding performance in the classroom.

Senior Jennifer Welch, juniors Anna Carling and Jennifer Loiacano and sophomores Courtney Manning and Clara Teftfeller were named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioners List after achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Arkansas State junior Alyssa Goodin, sophomore Anna Flanrey and freshman Sarah Landry were honored for being named to the Sun Belt Conference Honor Roll after achieving a GPA of 3.0-3.49.

The Arkansas State women’s golf team recently finished seventh at the Sun Belt Conference Tournament in Muscle Shoals, Ala. hosted by the University of South Alabama.
