• Arkansas State closes the road portion of the non-conference schedule with a 7:00 p.m. matchup at No. 11 Wichita State. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3 and Matt Stolz will bring the play-by-play action on the EAB Red Wolves Sports Network and flagship station 107.9 KFIN.
• As of December 18, A-State ranks 34th in 3-point field goal percentage defense as opponents are 54-of-183 (.295).
• A-State closes a three-game road swing that sees the team rack up 4,673 miles for games at Omaha, FAU and Wichita State.
• The Red Wolves have seen a player score 20 or more points in nine of 11 games this year.
Deven Simms had a career high 33 points against UT Martin, the ninth 30-plus point effort by an A-State player over the last eight seasons.
• A-State is 3-0 when leading at halftime, but 1-7 when tied (1-1) or trailing (0-6) at the break.
• The Red Wolves have been outscored 133-60 (6.6 PPG) at the free throw line over the final 20 minutes.
• A-State has used five different starting lineups in the first 11 games, but the same lineup in each of the last three games. Rashad Lindsey is the only player to start every game.
• A-State faces a ranked opponent for the first time since a 91-68 loss at No. 21 Oregon on Nov. 25, 2015.
• Wichita State, ranked No. 11 in the AP Poll this week, is the highest ranked foe for A-State since No. 7 Louisville back on Nov. 22, 2011.
