STORYLINES 

• A-State closes a three-game road trip with Saturday's contest at Appalachian State. The game can be seen on ESPN3 with the scheduled start time of 2:30 p.m. (CT). Matt Stolz will bring the play-by-play action on the EAB Red Wolves Sports Network and flagship station 107.9 KFIN.
• A-State set a single-game record with 38 3-point attempts on Thursday in the game at Coastal Carolina (8-38).
• The Red Wolves have had a player score 20 or more points in 13 of 21 games this year.
• A-State is 5-1 when leading at halftime, but 2-13 when tied (1-2) or trailing (1-11) at the break.
Deven Simms has more made 3-pointers (24) in 20 games played this year than he had in 30 games played last year (12). 
Grantham Gillard has a team-high 52 rebounds over the last seven outings. He had 26 rebounds in his first 12 games played.   
Salif Boudie has more rebounds in 14 games this year (53) than he had in 22 games played last year (43).
Grantham Gillard had career highs of 23 points and 11 rebounds against Little Rock for his first career double-double.
