STORYLINES 

• Arkansas State closes the home schedule this week beginning with Thursday's game against Appalachian State at 7:30 p.m. inside First National Bank Arena. Brad Bobo and Al Grushkin will call the action on ESPN3 while Matt Stolz will bring the play-by-play action on the EAB Red Wolves Sports Network and flagship station 107.9 KFIN.
• The Red Wolves have had a player score 20 or more points in 18 of 27 games this year.
Ty Cockfield had 31 points at Troy, most for an A-State player in a Sun Belt Conference game since Devin Carter had 33 versus South Alabama on Feb. 4, 2016.   
• A-State has scored 90 or more points in five games this season, most since the 2001-02 club had seven such outings.
• The Red Wolves have two 90-plus point efforts in league play, most since the 1999-2000 season in which A-State also had two such games.
• A-State is 6-3 when leading at halftime, but 3-14 when tied (1-2) or trailing (2-12) at the break.
• The Red Wolves committed 10 or more turnovers in 19 of the first 21 games. A-State has 10 or fewer turnovers in five of the last six outings.  
• A-State is 8-2 when scoring 65 points before its opponent.
• Ty Cockfield has six 20-point games this year, fifth most among a first year player at A-State dating back to the 2010-11 season.
• The Red Wolves have used 13 different starting lineups, 10th-most among Division I programs this season.
