Convocation Center
After three years of construction on the $19 million dollar facility, the Convocation Center opened for the 1987-88 season. The Convo is home to Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, and Indoor Track and Field along with housing most of the athletic offices. The Convocation Center is a multi-purpose facility hosting a variety of events including ASU athletic contest, ASU and High School commencements and concerts.

-Official Opening: July 11, 1987
-First College Game: ASU Lady Red Wolves 70, Indiana State 63 (Nov. 30, 1987)
-First Men’s Game: Memphis State 60, ASU 59 (Dec. 5, 1987)
-Capacity: 10,563 for basketball and 11, 704 for concerts
