JONESBORO (3/14/12) - The
Arkansas State women's soccer team helped rebuild homes for Habitat for
Humanity as part of the ASU Day of Service this past Saturday. The event, which
was sponsored by Volunteer ASU and the Student Activities Board, had 150
students participate in the event, which benefitted 11 non-profit service
organizations.
The Red Wolves, who were
paired with members of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity, helped rebuild homes in the
Jonesboro area for Habitat for Humanity.
ASU continues to serve the
Jonesboro community through various service projects. The Red Wolves women's
soccer program continues to strive to give back to the community on a
consistent basis.
